This strategy is innovative because it turns used sink water into a reusable resource through a simpel yet uncommon system. It applies circular thinking, reduces water waste and offers a low-cost, high impact solution that sets us apart in the hospitality industry. This strategy is adaptable because the water system can be inplemented in various settings - from other restaurants and hotels to schools, offices or even homes. It requires only basic plumbing adjustments and can be scaled to fit different sizes and needs, making it flexible and practical solution for sustainble water use in many environments.
